End User License Agreement

1. Internal Use Only
This End User License Agreement governs access to and use of the COTO internal application, including the integration between GoHighLevel and QuickBooks Online. The application is intended only for authorized internal users and approved administrators. It is not offered for resale, public distribution, or use by unauthorized third parties.
2. License Grant
COTO grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the application solely for approved internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to any user.
3. Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for using the application only through approved accounts. Users must not share credentials, bypass access controls, or access data they are not authorized to view or process.
4. Integration Use
The application may connect to GoHighLevel, QuickBooks Online, and related service providers to sync orders, create sales receipts, support inventory and accounting workflows, and troubleshoot integration activity. Users must use these integrations only for legitimate internal business operations.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer its code, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, export or disclose confidential data without authorization, or use the application for unlawful purposes.
6. Confidentiality
The application may expose confidential business, customer, order, accounting, product, and integration data. Users must protect that data and use it only as needed for their authorized role.
7. Third-Party Services
Use of QuickBooks Online, GoHighLevel, hosting providers, authentication providers, and other connected services may be governed by their own terms. COTO does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability or changes.
8. Disclaimers
The application is provided for internal operational use. To the maximum extent allowed by law, it is provided without warranties of any kind, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, COTO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the application, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or integration failures.
10. Termination
COTO may suspend or terminate access at any time, including when a user no longer has an approved internal need, violates this agreement, or creates a security, compliance, or operational risk.
